3 months old... for real?!

Is it possible that 3 months ago I gave birth to a beautiful little girl? Doesn't seem like it but according to the calendar, I did. 3 whole months old! 3 months is exciting for several reasons, she is 1/4 of the way to turning 1, she is no longer considered a newborn, and most importantly, we survived those long, exhausting and horrible first 12 weeks. "We did it, we did it, we did it YAY!", the famous words of Dora the Explorer.

She has grown and changed so much but yet still looks the same. She still fits into 0-3 month clothes. At 3 months Elijah was already into 6-12 month clothes! She loves to smile and giggle now. She'll follow you with her eyes and reach out to grab her toys. Very exciting! She is also getting good at sitting in her bumbo chair. The cutest part of all is her long skinny legs. Oh and she now has the biggest brown eyes ever. Love them!!

Next month she will start sitting in her high chair and eating baby food. Um, is that possible?! Yikes!!
