maybe another tooth?

Elijah has been pretty crabby lately, specially this morning!! Last Wednesday he seemed to come down with a cold, really runny nose & a low fever around 100. He has been feeling better but a little whiny. I noticed his bottom left gum looks a little swollen. Maybe tooth #3 is coming in? How exciting!!
