Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! We had such a blessed day! Early this morning we got to do an Easter egg hunt around the living room for Elijah. He absolutely loved it! Some of the eggs had matchbox cars in them so when one would fall out after opening it his face would light up and he would go "wow!" all excited. He is too funny!! He then got his Easter basket and was super excited at all the stuff. What a spoiled little boy he is, the Easter bunny put too much stuff in it so it was overflowing. I dont think Elijah minded though! My mom and step dad also came over right before we went to church to take some pictures and give the kids more baskets. Elijah wanted nothing to do with having his picture taking!

At church he was a little monster, running all over the place. My aunt was up from New York with her granddaughter Monique and step granddaughter Kaitlyn, along with Monique's daughter Aly who just turned 1 in March. Elijah loved having his cousin Aly here to play with. They ran all over church, screaming and having a blast. I'm sure God didn't mind one bit.

After church we came back home and had Easter dinner with my mom and step dad. After dinner Andrew (my step brother) came over with Nancy, his girlfriend. My aunt & uncle also came over with Jayson and brought my aunt from New York and there whole little group that was visiting. It was nice to have the family all together even if it was cramped, the kids were cranky and it was too hot inside. We loved every minute of it.
