1 month old!

Today Elijah is one month old! I cant believe it. While it seems like he has been here a while, it also doesnt seem like its been a month. He is growing up so fast. He has already gained so much in this last month. He was 7lbs 6.3oz at birth then at 4 days old he was up to 7lbs 7oz. Then last Monday he was just around 9lbs and 22.5 inches long! He already has outgrown a ton of his clothes. And he is in his size 1 diapers.

He just started smiling a real smile too. He used to just smile but usually because of gas or something but now he will smile if you talk to him and its just so amazing to see. I just about cried the first time he smiled at me. He loves to pick his head up and can hold it for a while. And he tries to sit up and reach for things. He is so interested in everything around him. He loves staring at the pictures on the wall too.
